Well some people told me this actually  happens with age and sometimes because of the toothpaste we are using.</p>
<p>So  i brush normally in the morning but instead of the normal brushing at  night i started to brush my teeth only with baking soda. It&#8217;s not tasty  (its pretty salty) but in a couple of days the spots are all gone and  they are getting bright again.</p>
<p>A cheap and Eco friendly tip to  whiten your teeth</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">* Note</span>:  I&#8217;m not sure if this is harmful or not. I got this tip from my grand dad  and so far nothing  bad has happened to me.</p>

The sun provides us with Vitamin D, which we  need in order to live a healthy life a lack of Vitamin D in the body can  cause problems ranging anywhere from joint pain to colon cancer. But we  also know the dangers of Cancer omitting rays from the sun, har<img class="alignleft" src="http://www.tqnyc.org/2006/NYC063193//Clipart-Sun%20Protection.jpg" alt="http://www.tqnyc.org/2006/NYC063193//Clipart-Sun%20Protection.jpg" width="168" height="171" />mful UVA  and UVB rays cause wrinkles, age-spots, and of course skin cancer. Here  are some tips that can help protect your beautiful white skin from the  sun..</p>
<p>* If you have fair skin, red or blond hair,  light-colored eyes you are more prone to being sun burnt.<br />
*  Working or playing outside puts you at risk, check for changes in moles,  freckles or birthmarks.<br />
* Seek shade when you&#8217;re outdoors.<br />
* Wear long sleeves and long pants, making sure they&#8217;re made of  tightly woven fabrics.<br />
* Avoid indoor sunlamps and tanning beds,  since they can be more harmful to your skin than the sun.<br />
* More  than 90% of all skin cancers occur on parts of the body exposed to the  sun.<br />
* Keep young infants out of the sun. Start using sunscreen  on children at 6 months of age and limit their exposure. Sunscreens are  not approved for infants younger than 6 months.<br />
* Apply  sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two  hours.<br />
* Avoid Direct Sun Exposure: Avoid exposing your skin to  direct sunlight during midday (generally from 10am to 4pm)<br />
*  Use  Sunglasses That Block UV Rays: Making certain your sunglasses can block  UV rays helps to guard your eyes from serious sun damage. The best  constructed sunglasses should have a UV ray absorption rate of 99% to  100%.<br />
* Remember that clouds and water won&#8217;t protect you&#8211;60% to  80% of the sun&#8217;s rays go through clouds and can reach swimmers at least  one foot below the surface of the water. The sun&#8217;s rays can also reflect  off water, snow and white sand.</p>
<p>In order to achieve that  healthy, glowing look with your skin, make sure to stay out of the sun,  use organic sunscreen and take advantage of a good facial moisturizer,   wear sunscreen all year round, make it a part of your daily routine.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Aloe Vera is a very ancient plant originally from  Southern and East Africa, which is now grown mainly in South Africa,  Latin America, and the Caribbean. There are over 200 varieties of aloe Vera. Its leaves are big and fleshy, and conta<img class="alignleft" src="http://johnslfi.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/aloe-vera.gif" alt="http://johnslfi.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/aloe-vera.gif" width="181" height="189" />in inside a bitter liquid  very similar to gel.</p>
<p>Its medical use dates back to the Ancient  times, when it was considered a “miracle plant”. To cite just some  famous examples, Cleopatra used it as a facial rejuvenation gel and  Alexander the Great used it to cure his soldiers’ sunburns during his  conquest campaigns around the world. Aloe Vera&#8217;s beneficial effects are  recorded in documents of Roman, Greek, and Arabic origin, among other  folks living in warm climates.</p>
<p>The gel extracted from the  central part of its leaves is a very popular home-made medicine because  it contains components which are very effective against swelling, burns,  pain, and also for the stimulation and regeneration of skin.</p>
<p>Currently,  there are in the market many Aloe Vera-based products, such as body  lotions, shampoos, creams, gels, and toothpaste, among others.<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><br />
Here are some of its healing properties:</span></p>
<p>- 	It is especially effective for skin care and against wrinkles. Its use  fortifies flaccid skin and wrinkles become less evident and tend to  dissapear.</p>
<p>-	In cases of acne, it helps to dry pimples, reduce  swelling, and make the marks disappear. It also helps to minimize dark  spots in the skin.</p>
<p>-	Because it contributes to accelerate the  cellular regeneration process, it is recommended to treat irritation,  sunburns, insect bites, superficial wounds, and rashes.</p>
<p>-	It has  high moisturizing properties, which makes it ideal for dry skins, and  can be used as a facial cleanser.</p>
<p>-	It also can be used to  strengthen hair and thus minimize hair loss.</p>
<p>It is also claimed  that Aloe Vera has healing or mitigating properties on diseases such as  arthritis, hemorrhoids, rheumatic pains, cancer prevention, although  further studies are needed to fully support these claimed effects.  Therefore, if you are undergoing a treatment for some disease and want  to try the Aloe Vera&#8217;s curative properties, you should ask your  physician first.</p>
<p>You can grow your own aloe vera plant in your  garden, although it is not so easy! First of all, you have to separate  the “baby plants&#8221; that grow around the mother plant when they reach a  height of 4 fingers. You must not water them for 2 weeks after putting  them in the flowerpots. Before placing them in the flowerpots, do not  expose them to sunlight for a couple of weeks. When you want to extract  the gel from inside the leaves,  choose leaves that have not been in  contact with water for 5 days.  The best times of the day to obtain the  gel are early morning or night time.</p>
<p>Excessive watering must be  avoided, as well as exposing the Aloe Vera plant to cold below 0°  degrees Celsius. This plant is very resistant to plagues and lack of  water.</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t know if any of you eat cereals regularly although last weekend i was at the supermarket and i started wondering about doing my own mix of muesli. I bough a pack of whole wheat cereal, whole chocolate corn flakes and oat, then i bought a pack of dried fruits mix with nuts, almonds and all that stuff and a pack of dried cranberries. I then mixed that all together and with the same money i got 4 times more muesli.</p>
<p>A pack of organic wild berries muesli here would cost around 8 to 10€ for 0.5kg. making my own muesli (all organic too) i spent around 10€ and i got almost 2kg of it. So right now i cannot understand why i spent all that money for all these years..</p>

Also if you are in awful pain and the blood do not bother you or your partner, have sex. The pain will go away right away. This is the most natural away to get rid of these pains and have been reported to be used by ancient women.</p>
<p>4. Avoid eating salt and drink plenty of water so you don’t have any excess salt in your body and do not get so bloated.</p>
<p>5. Avoid getting cold and wear no shoes inside. Don’t go outside with your hair wet or take too long to dry yourself after a shower. This will make your body temperature get lower. If it is winter wear long shirts so your belly and kidneys are warm.</p>

The truth is that a healthy organism has nothing to do with being like a model. Of course we cannot deny that overweight carries terrible consequences to the development of people in society, and not only in a esthetic, but people who don’t have a healthy diet, consisting in fruits, vegetables, and even meat, tend to have the double of risk in hearth attacks, kidney diseases, loss of hair, etc.<br />
One of the most tragically mistakes that doctors commit is to give children who suffer overweight, diet products. In Latin America, each year the average of children who suffer an excess of weight grows and grows. Some specialists have said that it’s because Latin American children tend to be fat because of their</p>
<p>genetics, because they are not athletics. That’s part of the truth, because it’s also well known that Latin- American children (considering Latin-American those with an autochthon origin) have a very greasy diet. Nature provides amino acids in combination; only man isolates them for processing purposes. Phenylalanine is found naturally in foods such as eggs, milk, bananas, and meat. If you are PKU (Phenylketonuric) or sensitive to phenylalanine, you will react to the phenylalanine in aspartame. You many want to get a blood test to check for this condition. Over the past 20 years, humans have become more aware of PKU reactions because human beings began using isolated phenylalanine to the degree it is harmful to some individuals, many as aspartame side effects. My suggestion would be to research PKU and phenylalanine extensively. Phenylalanine can be very harmful to diabetics. Read all food labels and avoid anything with isolated amino acids. You want to buy products with at least eight amino acids in combination.</p>

She paid all her debts, her house and bought and insurance to her daughter and her daughter promise her that she would take care of her younger brothers. My sister wanted a last adventure, so she planned a journal to Florida in March 22; obviously she was in a wheel chair by then.</strong></p>

On march 19 I called her to know the results of her exams and she told me that she suffered Multiple Sclerosis. I felt so bad for her, when I remembered an article that I had read in the Internet and I asked her “do you drink diet soda”? She said “yes, in fact I’m opening one right know” I said “don’t do that, and stop drinking diet sodas” then I emailed her the article. 32 hours later she called me and said that she had stop diet sodas and she could walk. She used her stair and the pains in her muscles had disappeared. She told me that she didn’t feel 100% fine, but she did feel much better. She also told me that she would take the article to doctors and that she would call me back. She did some hours later and her doctors where surprised, in fact, her doctors called their patients with Multiple Sclerosis to see if they consumed artificial sugars.</strong></p>
<p><strong><br />
My sister was dying; she was being poisoned by the ASPARTAME of a diet soda. Now she can walk perfectly, without wheel chairs. Many people have died the last decade from Multiple Sclerosis, and even when doctors don’t have the security that it is produced by ASPARTAME, the consequences of its use is visible. The problem that the human being is confronting these days is that still so many doctors give prescriptions of diet product to kids. If an overweight 11 year old boy starts using those products, in less than 5 years, his blood will be already poisoned and some specialist have predicted that they are in danger of suffering from Alzheimer in their early 30s.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The skin has two main layers and several kinds of cells. The top layer of skin is called the epidermis. It contains three kinds of cells: flat, scaly cells on the surface called squamous cells; round cells called basal cells; and cells called melanocytes, which give your skin its color.</p>
<p>ATTENTION! ? Skin cancer is more common in people with light colored skin who have spent a lot of time in the sunlight. Skin cancer can occur anywhere on your body, but it is most common in places that have been exposed to more sunlight, such as your face, neck, hands, and arms.</p>
<p>Skin cancer can look many different ways. The most common sign of skin cancer is a change on the skin, such as a growth or a sore that won&#8217;t heal. Sometime there may be a small lump. This lump can be smooth, shiny and waxy looking, or it can be red<br />
or reddish brown. Skin cancer may also appear as a flat red spot that is rough or scaly. Not ail changes in your skin are cancer, but you should see your doctor if you notice changes in your skin.</p>
<p>Like most cancers, melanoma is best treated when it is found (diagnosed) early. Melanoma can spread (metastasize) quickly to other parts of the body through the lymph system or through the blood. (Lymph nodes are small, bean-shaped structures that are found throughout the body; they produce and store infection-fighting cells.) You should see your doctor if you have any of the following warning signs of melanoma: change in the size, shape, or color of a mole; oozing or bleeding from a mole; or a mole that feels itchy, hard.</p>

If your pace is too slow, however, you will not get the aerobic benefits.</p>
<p>If you are out of shape, overweight, or older, begin your exercise program with walking, not jogging. Keep your pace slow at first, and then gradually increase the speed of walking. You need to exercise gently and then rest, exercise gently and rest, repeatedly. Gradually you will get fitter and your resting heart rate will decrease. Then your body will be ready to begin jogging, not before. If your goal is to lose fat, exercise for long periods of brisk walking. Duration and frequency are very important.</p>
<p>If you walk at a fast pace over long distances, you need to wear good shoes with a reasonable amount of cushioning. This is especially important for overweight walkers. Walking NEEDS to be comfortable. If your knees and hip joints are constantly uncomfortable at a brisk walking pace, you may do better with hiking, bicycling, or even jogging.</p>
<p>Sudden demands on your muscles, like running up stairs, pedaling a bike, or lifting a heavy weight, may cause the muscles to burn. The burn indicates a build-up of lactic acid in those muscles. Slow walking is the best way to get rid of lactic acid. The more aerobically trained you are, the less you will feel the burn. This means you can exercise longer and harder before getting the burn.</p>
<p>Always warm up for 5 to 10 minutes. Walk slowly and stretch before you start a faster workout. Be sure to cool down for 10 to 15 minutes by strolling and stretching again.</p>
<p>WAU recommends aerobic exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes, three times a week at 60 % of the maximum heart rate. Doing less than this will minimize your health benefits. Exercising four or more times, a week will increase your health benefits. It is up to us as White men and women to insure we are healthy and strong, we will need both when on the streets and for general survival of our folk!</p>
<p>Always check with your healthcare provider before you start an exercise program. Do not forget to choose exercise and fitness activities that you enjoy.</p>

Fanatical Christian girls where praised in years gone by for refusing to eat, fainting and having hallucinations (aka Visions from God). Their wasted bodies were seen as proof that they could live on faith alone, to be thin and deprived was to be good, and I say the poor things needed a sandwich. Maybe it started with that weirdo bible story, woman eats apple, and next thing you know everyone ousted out of the garden, and all of the sudden we have to put up with the likes of ticket inspectors, Celine Dion and hip hop, all placed on us by a vengeful God, because of an apple.</p>
<p>On a diet? 30 % of Australian women are, and sheep follow sheep. They are dreaming about a roast with the works, avocados while eating crisp bread that takes like cardboard, feeling desperate, miserable and wondering why they are insanely hungry. They are on a diet and its not going to work, stick to it for long enough and they’ll be gaining weight to boot. It won’t work because they don’t have the ‘willpower’ (diet buzz word), because the body and mind have special powers to deal with starvation they are putting themselves through, it was the same power that kept our ancestors alive when they walked from the European Alps to visit the U.K. When you diet, you lose water and muscle, the dehydration makes you initially weigh less and helps get you into your miniskirt for a gig. Your mind screams out for food, meanwhile the body saves fat and stores more fat every time you eat, your body is coping with starvation.  Brutal cravings for mash potatoes and puddings begin; you can’t be bothered to make either so you settle for burger and mars bars.</p>
<p>When you diet, your body is programmed to expect starvation and famine, so, believe me, its gunna store fat when it has a chance. So what’s the secret to staying a healthy weight? Work with your body, feed it regularly with healthy food, exercise and enjoy treats when the mood takes you.<br />
<strong><br />
Dieting makes you sick and depressed: </strong><br />
Diet; lose weight, put it back on, its far worse then maintaining a heavy weight. Starvation causes stress, threatening your immune system and your organs (remember you need those parts to live) also, if you chose to diet, look forward to irritability, depression, anxiety, nervousness, fatigue, listlessness, poor sleep patterns and poor concentration. Eating is a natural survival instinct, lots of you claim to believe in natural law, so be natural and eat some lasagna.</p>
<p>Dieting makes you stupid (for example Posh and Ginger Spice):  Dieters perform much worse on testing on reaction times, rapid information processing and memory, reduces concentration and ability to focus.<br />
<strong><br />
The solution:</strong></p>
<p>There is a solution, no more hunger, no more expensive meal supplements (a biscuit or a ’power’ shake is not a meal, damnit!!!). Now girls, you are going to have to be dead brave here and be willing to buy fresh food, food that looks and tastes good and food you will enjoy, lets just hope you have enough ‘will power ‘to handle that. Take away food restrictions and let food become less of an obsession, you eat what you need and your body finds its natural weight. And pretty soon, if you listen hard enough, your body screams out Broccoli!!! Capsicum!!! As loudly as it once did for 3 Picnic bars, fairy bread and bag of mixed lollies. And if you don’t fit into the skirt and top you where planning to wear to the next gig, the best way of dealing with it is, to get your self another outfit.
