Your child’s first birthday is a wonderful milestone and something you will never forget…..even though it means more to you than to your baby. Even the most advanced 1-year-old will not understand what all the fuss is about. Keeping the fuss to a minimum will help keep it fun for both of you.

Keep it small. Your baby (and you) may be overwhelmed or frightened by all the commotion. Keep the guest list simple: family and close friends only, so everyone can enjoy the party!

Keep it short. Twelve month old babies don’t have much stamina, so two hours is probably the longest they can last with all the fun going on around them. Try scheduling the party around nap times, so they are in a good mood.

Save the themes for later. Your baby won’t understand a party theme. Use your creative energy to make something memorable for your baby’s scrapbook.

Have plenty of toys on hand. Your baby won’t understand structured activities. Let them play and do whatever makes them happiest!

Record for the memories. Ask another family member to be on camera duty so that you will be in the pictures or video.

Don’t forget the presents! Your baby might not understand the importance of the occasion, but they will enjoy unwrapping the gifts. They will probably even prefer the boxes and paper to what’s inside!

2.Never sit around the house and do nothing. There will be a million and one things you can do to help your mum and dad. Remember; they helped you through this world when you came into to it so do likewise.

3.Try to watch as little TV as possible. Most is trivial, childish, and destructive nonsense we now see in soap – opera’s. Only if it’s an education programme, e.g. about nature or space, should one watch it.

4.Never interrupt another person while they are speaking. It’s rude and they won’t like it. Wait your turn and be patient. It also displays an intellectual side to you.

5.Do not talk with your mouth open. Someone seeing the contents of your food, swirling around your mouth, teeth and gums is not a pretty site. The amount of people that do this is appalling.

6.Clean your nails and brush your teeth. There’s nothing worse than talking to someone with bad breath and dirty nails.

7.Dress immaculate. Never wear track – suits and trainers, unless in the gym or other outdoor pursuits. Clothes make the man as the saying goes; it certainly makes the women. Seeing a well dressed woman is a wonderful sight.

8. Go the gym and don’t be lazy. Fat people are never taken seriously. Also, fat people look bad in whatever clothes they wear. Get the gym and watch what you eat.

9.Read as many books as you can – Education is power.

10.Don’t associate with criminals, losers, and defectives. These types will drag you down to their level. Remember; “Never give a fool a chance, a fool will always shaft you.” You won’t go wrong if you stick to this principle.

11.Never lend anyone money – let them make their own.

12.Don’t talk bad about anyone. Keep your feelings to yourself unless you are asked for an honest opinion.

13.Never forget to say thank you, hello or please.

14.Drive carefully.

15.Don’t waste time being jealous of other people. It’s what you succeed in that’s important.

16.Drink plenty of water and eat raw fruit and veg.

17.Money is a bonus in life, and never let it control you. You’re still the same person with or without it.

18.Don’t trust anyone. Sad but true.

19. Always smile and be happy.

20.Remember this: “There is no security in this life. There is only opportunity”. General Douglas MacArthur

In a kitchen we handle lots of tools and appliances that can injure us badly. The wrong use of these tools can lead to small cuts and bruises, it’s not rare to hear stories of people losing fingers and/or get nasty injuries.

The main cause of kitchen injuries are from being distracted and not concentrating while handling tools like knifes. It is not uncommon for a housewife to become distracted whilst talking with their children or husband while preparing a meal. The other most common causes of accidents are: people cleaning appliances while they are still on (it may sound dumb but happens really often), using damaged appliances that are not working properly.

To avoid accidents

Make sure you are focus on what you are doing, if for some reason someone interrupts you, stop and handle the situation.

Read the appliances manuals. Most people when they buy a new appliance don’t read the manuals and that is a big mistake because in those manuals are all the safety procedures you should follow while using and cleaning the new appliance.

Avoid using old appliances. Not everybody has the money to replace old appliances but if they are older than 10/15 years just stop using it. Sounds like a waste since they are still working but the truth is that a kitchen appliance omits lots of heat, steam, grease etc and with time the electric structure starts to get old and degraded and the appliance can start working improperly any time while you are using it. If you don’t have the money to replace it do things old school. It may take a few more minutes but you will be sure you keep all your fingers…

When cleaning an appliance make sure it is off and not connected to the power line. People often think that turning it off is enough but you wouldn’t believe how many accidents happen because of that.

On a regular basis check if everything is working properly.

Make sure you always cut food on a board and with good knifes. Old, rusty and damaged knifes can be really dangerous. Buy good knifes, they can be quite expensive but they will last your whole life.

Today peelers are quite cheap so use them to peel carrots, potatoes etc they are safer than knifes also you will do your job quicker.

Also if you have the time and money take a few culinary lessons so you can learn how to cut food properly, how to protect your fingers and hands, and you will also learn lots of other useful information that will make preparing meals a quick task and safer.

If you cut yourself:

If it is a small cut. Clean it and apply a bandage until the blood stops running. You should make sure you always have the proper tools in your first aid kit and also that you always know where your kit is…

If it’s a larger cut, make sure you stop the bleeding with a rag or a piece of fabric and call your doctor they will give you instructions of what to do while you get into the hospital or an ambulance arrives.

WAU Portugal

Don’t use open weave blankets that could trap little fingers in it, for the first few months make sure you get blankets that are solid with no holes so nothing gets caught in there. I have used the weaved ones when i had the baby asleep in their pram and i had full eye contact with them at all times.

Never ever use a pillow with a baby that is under one years old, most of them are far to puffy and there is a serious risk of suffocation if your Little Warrior cannot lift their head up off the pillow..

Make sure you never let your baby sleep with a bib on, also avoid any clothing with strings, ribbons etc. as they could also be pulled tight around the neck when baby moves..

Make sure your babies cot (crib) is not located near outlets or shelves, we all know once they are a few months old they learn how to pull themselves up and grab things that are close..

Check out the next issue of HomeFront for more tips..

* Schools & playgroups may use the larger yogurt containers as craft materials so ask your child’s teacher about this, you can also use them for crayons, cotton balls, paint brushes etc.

* They can be used in the garden as pots for seedlings.

* They can be cut into strips and used as plant labels. You just need a permanent marker to write on them as the elements to tend to smudge markers that are not water proof.

* Puncture the bottom of 2 pots, thread a string between them, and then children can use them as a cheap telephone, easy and lot’s of fun for your children.

Many parents are concerned about their child’s thumbsucking. Wondering if its harmful and at what age it should stop.

Infants and young children suck on things because it makes them feel secure and helps them to learn about their world. Young children often use thumbsucking to soothe themselves. They find it relaxing often using it to fall asleep.

Thumbsucking does not cause a problem with teeth until the permanent front teeth come in(beginning about age 6). The strength of sucking determines whether or not dental problems will occur. Children who rest their thumbs in their mouths are less likely to have problems than those who vigorously suck their thumbs.

Here are a few tips to help your child stop:

1. Offer praise for not sucking.
2. Remember that children often suck their thumbs to feel secure. Focus on correcting the cause of the anxiety and comfort your child.
3. Reward children when they avoid sucking during difficult times.
4. Your dentist can explain to your child what could happen to their teeth if they do not stop.
5. Relax. Remember that most children stop on their own before any problem occur.

In 2002, facts about the political elite, which rule the emerging European Union (EU), were discovered in the Berlin trial of terrorist Hans-Joachim Klein (Klein was sentenced for nine years’ imprisonment for his part in a 1975 terrorist attack on an OPEC ministers).

During this trial, the most disgusting facts that were discovered were about Daniel Cohn-Bendit, a member of the European Parliament, and member of French green party.

Cohn-Bendit, like Joschka Fischer (German Foreign Minister), was part of the Soviet-organized European terrorist underground, and during Klein’s trial photos were published of Fischer attacking a policeman in Frankfurt… but this is not the most shocking fact, for those who do not know it sit down and read it…

Marc Daniel Cohn-Bendit, son of stateless German Jewish parents, emigrated to France in 1933, and in the mid-1970s, was an outspoken defender of paedophilia, in this trial were available to the press excerpts from Cohn-Bandit’s 1975 memoir Le Gran Bazaar. The book describes the radical leader’s experiences, with children, in Frankfurt, where he lived after being kicked out of France.

This book of memories describes in disturbing details his relation with some of the young children that were on his care, the most horrible experience that he wrote was about a little girl of 5 years old that was in his charge and shocking confessions about sexual experiences with children in a German playground school where he worked.

In his book you can read disturbing and shocking confessions like “It happened some times certain children open my pants and started to touch me. I reacted in different ways agreement the circumstances, but it was them desire. I asked some times: ‘Why you do not play together? Why they had chosen me, and not another child?’ But they insisted, and I, although everything, caressed them.”

Cohn-Bendit’s book was greeted with effusive critical acclaim at the time of its publication. Two years later, several leading lights of France’s, including Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Michel Foucault, Jaques Derrida, Jack Lang (Old France’s minister of education.), and Bernard Kouchner (who served as France’s minister of health), signed a petition calling for the legalization of paedophilia.

Cohn-Bendit was under investigation during several years, but could only be prosecuted in Germany if the European Parliament saw fit to revoke his diplomatic immunity.
Now you can think about this, in which Europe do you live? A Europe that supports paedophilia and terrorism, a Europe governed by Jewish paedophiles and communist terrorists? No one have the courage to accuse this pervert, freaks, and psychopaths? What kind of people allows this scum hide them under the diplomatic immunity?

In 2002 these facts were first page in newspapers and magazines all over Europe, nowadays everybody forget this and this pervert Jew stay free and who know if he do not continues seducing children. Who knows… and don’t forget that these are the people that govern your beloved Europe.

When I was presented with this challenge my first thoughts were “Oh my gosh how am I going to do this and not upset everyone?” Well, while I accepted the challenge I still am not sure how to go about not upsetting everyone.

I would like to try and break down the “typical” racially aware woman so that people can understand the role of a woman within the movement. Everything that she does and will ever do, if done with pure love and commitment will come full circle in the end.

The first and foremost thing a woman has to worry about in the movement is that she is indeed racially aware. Women have long been accused of thinking with their hearts and not their heads. She must be well educated and understand the consequences of her actions. She must understand that this is not a game nor is it for the faint of heart. It is not about being “cool” or fitting in. It is about securing the existence of our race and a future for white children. In that there is no room for those who would be “glamour white nationalists”. She needs to be about her business when it comes to knowing her limits and her goals for herself and her family. A woman has many roles that stem from being racially aware. The first 3 being loyalty to children, partner, and cause and all that goes with them.

Children, they are what drives us to better our people and ourselves. Not all of us have children of our own but I think that all of us take pride in our Aryan children be they our own or not. They are after all why we are joined in the sisterhood of the cause. As women our job is to teach and protect our children. We must educate them so that they will be proud of who they are and know what enemies they face. They need nurture, love and a healthy family life. Whether it is a single parent home or a two-parent home, they need to know that they are the most important people in our lives and our fight. Raising children is a great way to be active in the movement. After all without the mothers where would any of us be? Even those of us who were not brought up racially owe our mothers respect and admiration for the hard work they did to raise us. This is only one of the places that a woman has in the movement. This job requires active participation and total commitment.

Next we look at being a partner. This job is sometimes more trying than raising the children. Having a healthy relationship takes time and effort. You have to support your partner in his decisions. Specifically in public, whether he is right or wrong in his choices. It takes patience and understanding when you know he is wrong but to humiliate him in front of others only leads to problems at home. You must be respectful when you are in private and you let him know that you disagree with him. Let him know why you disagree and that you can see his side of the story but to make sure that he can see yours as well. It takes a great deal of love and effort to have a lasting relationship. The reward is that he will be a stronger person knowing that you love, support and respect him. Sometimes it can be very trying to let your feelings and opinions be heard without seeming as though you are “wearing the pants” or even that you are allowing yourself to be walked on. This job as well takes total commitment and requires active participation.

Last but certainly not least we have the cause. A woman’s role in the cause can be one of many different things; eventually it leads to the same thing though. Women need to be an active part of the movement. To know your limitations of what you can bring to the cause and what you cannot takes a strong person indeed. While some women may choose to take a less active role, it does not demean them as being part of the cause. Every “job” within the movement has its purpose. There are no unimportant jobs when you are committed to making your future and that of your race better. There are many strong women who bring new ideas and thoughts with them. There are those who feel that bringing children up with racial values is the part they were given. While others still, bring awareness and teach the younger generations of women that they are indeed a part of the movement all on their own. That they need not stand in another’s shadow to be seen or heard but that they are important all on their own. This job requires no less than any other as far as active participation and total commitment.

So can I completely answer the question of what is a woman’s place in the movement? No, I cannot. You see for a woman to be a part of the movement requires that she not only manage every aspect of her life separately, but that she manage to pull them all together as one. It takes a very strong and deeply committed woman to be a part of the cause. She has to be a mother, partner, and warrior all in one. She has to be her own person while catering to those who depend on her for love and support. Her job is never done and rarely earns her a thank you. It does however earn her complete respect spoken or unspoken. A woman’s place, simply put is to be the foundation, the cornerstone. If she can do that, everything else will fall into place.

WN Mother

A Mother, during all their child’s life, stays for her child the most important person, whom they trust and believe!

Many of us, who wish to have a baby, cannot even imagine the responsibility that lies on our shoulders. The responsibility for your baby, to care for her, to love and give all to our baby.

Our child is growing. She is watching us – our usual life; learning from us – good manners or sometimes bad. All that forms your child’s mind.

That’s why parents need to be attentive and patient!

Some time ago I have visited my friend, who had baby. She told me:” you will understand what fear means!” Yes, I understand now, its basic instinct, living in each of us!
