1.Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

2. Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, i hate cinnamon so i added a little less than a spoonful. Add to first mixture and mix well, add oats.

3. Spoon out by rounded tablespoonfuls on to greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

This recipe makes about 2 dozen cookies or so, i made these for Ostara and they were a huge hit, i added some Green Coloured Runes with Icing Gel..

All plastic wraps available in the market should be approved for microwave usage by FDA, so make sure that you are reading that labels on what you buy, i know that sometimes i am looking for what is on sale or a good deal in general, I always use plastic containers labeled as “microwave-safe” luckily nowadays most are microwave safe, i now avoid buying cheap made in china crap from the dollar store to heat up food.

On a whole, avoid plastics and use alternatives whenever you can. I used to heat up soups, beans, pasta sauce, and leftovers in plastic containers in the microwave, now when possible i pop them in a pot and heat them on the stove. We need to leave our children a clean natural world to live in, we all use the 14 words, securing our childrens existence also means leaving them with a beautiful world to live in.

Yes we need the sun. It’s a vital part of all our daily lives, our ecosystem, and our bodies. The sun provides us with Vitamin D, which we need in order to live a healthy life a lack of Vitamin D in the body can cause problems ranging anywhere from joint pain to colon cancer. But we also know the dangers of Cancer omitting rays from the sun, harmful UVA and UVB rays cause wrinkles, age-spots, and of course skin cancer. Here are some tips that can help protect your beautiful white skin from the sun..

* If you have fair skin, red or blond hair, light-colored eyes you are more prone to being sun burnt.
* Working or playing outside puts you at risk, check for changes in moles, freckles or birthmarks.
* Seek shade when you’re outdoors.
* Wear long sleeves and long pants, making sure they’re made of tightly woven fabrics.
* Avoid indoor sunlamps and tanning beds, since they can be more harmful to your skin than the sun.
* More than 90% of all skin cancers occur on parts of the body exposed to the sun.
* Keep young infants out of the sun. Start using sunscreen on children at 6 months of age and limit their exposure. Sunscreens are not approved for infants younger than 6 months.
* Apply sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours.
* Avoid Direct Sun Exposure: Avoid exposing your skin to direct sunlight during midday (generally from 10am to 4pm)
* Use Sunglasses That Block UV Rays: Making certain your sunglasses can block UV rays helps to guard your eyes from serious sun damage. The best constructed sunglasses should have a UV ray absorption rate of 99% to 100%.
* Remember that clouds and water won’t protect you–60% to 80% of the sun’s rays go through clouds and can reach swimmers at least one foot below the surface of the water. The sun’s rays can also reflect off water, snow and white sand.

In order to achieve that healthy, glowing look with your skin, make sure to stay out of the sun, use organic sunscreen and take advantage of a good facial moisturizer, wear sunscreen all year round, make it a part of your daily routine.

Don’t use open weave blankets that could trap little fingers in it, for the first few months make sure you get blankets that are solid with no holes so nothing gets caught in there. I have used the weaved ones when i had the baby asleep in their pram and i had full eye contact with them at all times.

Never ever use a pillow with a baby that is under one years old, most of them are far to puffy and there is a serious risk of suffocation if your Little Warrior cannot lift their head up off the pillow..

Make sure you never let your baby sleep with a bib on, also avoid any clothing with strings, ribbons etc. as they could also be pulled tight around the neck when baby moves..

Make sure your babies cot (crib) is not located near outlets or shelves, we all know once they are a few months old they learn how to pull themselves up and grab things that are close..

Over To You ………..
This month we are discussing the Media’s portrayal of Women..

Media portrayal of women has sunk to an all time low, once upon a time we could watch a movie and see a beautiful woman look back at us, now we are bombarded with images of women who are clearly anorexic, have more botox than should be allowed injected into their faces, lips and god knows where else.

Nowadays a woman who has curves and wears a size 8 or 10 “gasp” is now considered a plus size model, did Marilyn Monroe seem like a woman who was plus size? For our generation she is fat, so is Kate Winslet and many other normal women, would Marilyn be a sex symbol if she were around today? If Kate Winslet gets called pudgy by the media, Marilyn would be practically diagnosed as obese. In reality, curves like hers don’t come with a size 4, definitely not without extensive surgery on not only her breasts, but also the hips and butt.

Women come in all shapes and sizes and i certainly know that some women are naturally thin and they eat good i have a sister like that. Women aren’t stupid we know when someone looks unhealthy and malnourished. The fashion world, music world, movie world all exploit women, but have you ever noticed how the majority of male fashion designers are homosexuals? Obviously they have no sexual desire for women so they think that women who have the body of a teenage boy is acceptable. Most women in order to get a body like that don’t eat or take care of themselves, their skin becomes dry, their bones pertrude through their skin, their hair becomes lifeless, and their menstrual cycles cease to function, their body is now is conserve mode, so in order to function on the minuscule food it is being fed it now holds onto it in order to survive and the rest of the body suffers and becomes a shell rather than a vessel.

Our daughters deserve better than to be raised in a world where all that matters is how they look. We have so many women to admire from so many different Era’s. They need to be raised to feel beautiful without excessive operations being done to them in order to get there, they need to know how to have a well balanced diet, we need to instill in them confidence and courage. Let’s raise our future daughters to feel strong and beautiful in their own skin, if we let them fall into this pit of self loathing it will lead to a life that is not truly being lived. In order for our race to survive and once again become strong and fruitful we need strong women who know who they are inside and out and embrace them both equally..

Vicky WAU

Now Over To You Ladies and Gents..

I know what you mean Vicky, I refuse to let my girls even watch any TV unless it is something I have pre-approved. Today’s standards have diminished from wholesome family, to “sex sells”.
Making our girls believe that they have to look like anorexic, runway models, or a plastic barbie doll to be considered beautiful, and accepted. It infuriates me.

AWright – VA – USA

Its sad , I try and tell my daughters when they see magazines and such what they do to the pictures to make the women look like that. And I tell them how beautiful they are everyday! The last thing I want is for them to think they need to look like that and have low self esteem. I think women need to mass boycott advertisement and entertainment that uses a skewed body image, but it will probably never happen.

Dragonfly PA – USA

Hollywood’s starlets have been going under the knife for decades..but the work always looked more natural looking..these new procedures do nothing to enhance beauty..they take away from it..I can’t for the life of me understand..why any woman gets the lip injections..I have never seen a case where it looks remotely normal.

hoosiermommy – Indiana – USA

A sense of modesty and decency is important for us to instill in our young women. I see a lot of teenagers around here looking like whores, excessive makeup, jewelry and tons of skin showing. When I was a teenager I wasn’t allowed makeup until I was 18 or a halter top. The only thing I was allowed to use was mascara, lipstick and perfume. To this day I still don’t wear a lot of makeup. It takes me about 5 minutes to get ready.

I think topics like these are good. We women owe it to our daughters to install a sense of pride in them and not allow them to be sucked into a vain narcissistic personality.

SurferGal – California – USA

White women are naturally beautiful, why let a surgeon mess with all those years of evolution? I can see cosmetic surgery for things like cleft lip/palates or if someone were to get a boob job after getting a mastectomy due to cancer, or facial reconstruction after catastrophic incidences, but the rest of these procedures are vain and daft.

I work with a 19 year old female , she has already had two breast jobs, and gets botox injections regularly ! Why does any woman need botox , especially at 19 ?

These so called “supermodels” we see prancing up and down the catwalk are disgusting ! Most of them, in my opinion , look like they have AIDS . But that’s what you get in an industry run by fags and Jews . They want the models to look like ten year old boys , because that’s what these freaks are attracted to . I don’t know any blokes who find these stick insects appealing .

Beauty is determined by the Person, now I’m not talking about ”beauty is in the eye of the beholder” although I reckon that does go far in a relationship. But I mean What I find beautiful can be very different from what you believe to be beautiful, (I know that all Aryan Woman are beautiful and have at least one unique thing, not that thing being white), while watching X-factor one time my cousin said that ”chery cole was pretty even though she was a race mixer” now I personally do not think she is (and its not due to the fact she is married to A Negro) I know that she is ”pretty” as she is Aryan but other then that I simply see no attraction.

As for surgery yes a little can be ok to fix a flaw e.g.(a Streisand Nose), but I can never agree on older women getting it, one of the great thing in a man’s life is to look at his wife of 40 yrs and still see that his wife can be beautiful without the help of surgery.

The time when curves (which I prefer) were sexy has unfortunately passed, I have no problem with skinny woman but when it is ”Model” skinny I feel sick at the sight. Although this phase may just be that a phase in History the idea of what is sexy has changed many times for instance Obesity was once the sexy thing.

1people1empire1leader – Male – Birmingham – UK

I think the majority of men expect women to look like page 3 models, plastic barbies or skinny catwalk skeletons but this is because the media have pushed this image for so long. I don’t think its something that can be changed for a long long time, as long as there is money to be made these freaks will be on our televisions, in our newspapers, making CD’s etc.

* As with all plastic containers, where possible keep them for storage, i use mine for small items like push pins, paper clips, and other smaller bits and bobs that have no home.

* You can also use them for filling with fruit squash or juice before freezing to make ice pops, i also use mine to make my own sugar free jello / jelly and i add small bits of fruit to the bottom.

* Schools & playgroups may use the larger yogurt containers as craft materials so ask your child’s teacher about this, you can also use them for crayons, cotton balls, paint brushes etc.

* They can be used in the garden as pots for seedlings.

* They can be cut into strips and used as plant labels. You just need a permanent marker to write on them as the elements to tend to smudge markers that are not water proof.

* Puncture the bottom of 2 pots, thread a string between them, and then children can use them as a cheap telephone, easy and lot’s of fun for your children.

Divide the dough in half, and roll out both pieces.

Place one crust in a 9″ pie shell. you can buy premade pie crust or make the pastry yourself, i buy the premade pastry as i am horrible at making it lol. Add the rhubarb mixture and pour the juice over top evenly.

You can form a lattice by cutting strips and placing them over top, or simply lay the crust down over the pie, i lay it over the pie in one piece.

Trim edges, and crimp down using a fork.

Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes.

Have you ever stopped to think how much you actually walk every day? We take dozens of little walking trips just to do errands and daily chores. Walking and Jogging is a way of life to some people more than others, it can improve fitness and trim your body. It can also be an enjoyable experience if you have the proper equipment and the proper strategy.

Take brisk 30 to 40 minute walks at least three days a week. Aerobic walking increases the efficiency of your heart and lungs, lowers blood pressure and resting heart rate, relieves stress, raises metabolism, improves muscle tone, and improves the health of the bones. If your pace is too slow, however, you will not get the aerobic benefits.

If you are out of shape, overweight, or older, begin your exercise program with walking, not jogging. Keep your pace slow at first, and then gradually increase the speed of walking. You need to exercise gently and then rest, exercise gently and rest, repeatedly. Gradually you will get fitter and your resting heart rate will decrease. Then your body will be ready to begin jogging, not before. If your goal is to lose fat, exercise for long periods of brisk walking. Duration and frequency are very important.

If you walk at a fast pace over long distances, you need to wear good shoes with a reasonable amount of cushioning. This is especially important for overweight walkers. Walking NEEDS to be comfortable. If your knees and hip joints are constantly uncomfortable at a brisk walking pace, you may do better with hiking, bicycling, or even jogging.

Sudden demands on your muscles, like running up stairs, pedaling a bike, or lifting a heavy weight, may cause the muscles to burn. The burn indicates a build-up of lactic acid in those muscles. Slow walking is the best way to get rid of lactic acid. The more aerobically trained you are, the less you will feel the burn. This means you can exercise longer and harder before getting the burn.

Always warm up for 5 to 10 minutes. Walk slowly and stretch before you start a faster workout. Be sure to cool down for 10 to 15 minutes by strolling and stretching again.

WAU recommends aerobic exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes, three times a week at 60 % of the maximum heart rate. Doing less than this will minimize your health benefits. Exercising four or more times, a week will increase your health benefits. It is up to us as White men and women to insure we are healthy and strong, we will need both when on the streets and for general survival of our folk!

Always check with your healthcare provider before you start an exercise program. Do not forget to choose exercise and fitness activities that you enjoy.

Vicky WAU
